Tested my car all day today. 94 octane, +3PSI, the pedal box, and exhaust Meister.
Car runs perfectly, much faster, much more responsive. Not regretting with choosing BMS. Car is 1000 times better and more fun than stock. Here is a quick cold start video with the exhaust meister (valve opener) Car went from 97 DB to 108 DB, no drone.

A few more specialists confirmed, that 3psi won't do harm. Terry earned a high reputation, no car was damaged by BMS. Car runs way better than stock, no regrets here. Do you have an engineering degree? Or maybe a dyno chart of your car, to see your curve? If not, then all I see is a troll.

I take all responsibility of my car, if something goes wrong, I'll pay for the service if I have to. I don't keep cars longer than 1 year, I'm a type of person that gets bored of cars very fast, and modding cars is the only thing that keeps my interest up. To be honest, I got bored of a stock m6 within the first 4-5 days, but it's just me.

A .)my car isn't stock ( I have Supersprint DP's and Gruppe M intake ). B.) I was just suggesting that he follow Terry's on advice about his product lol The ECU can not adapt fueling and timing enough when it's being tricked into + 3psi , and thus needs really high octane to prevent knocking . Terry has publicly said this and rec people not turn it up that much until he can actually gain control over timing AND fueling ( which will likely be never ) I'm not against tuning , I'm just smart about it , and believe in the do it right or don't do anything approach . The OP would make more power on 94 octane, and not have a horrible.hole in his midrange power curve if he would turn the settings back down , but he won't listen . |

This guy does well. His best 1/4 time is 11.8, which is amazing for 550xi. His car is doing good, no check engine lights or anything. I trust Terry, and enjoyed my experience with him way more than with Dinan.

I told him my mods, and the type of fuel I'm using (94 octane race gas); his response: "For a racing fuel mix 3.00 can be used."

Just changed PSI back to 2.5 (good for 93 octane, should be perfect with 94). I will book another Dyno test at Dynojet and do a few runs.

Buddy believe me your car has much more power than most of the cars! As I told you the other day I could get 0-60 in 3.7-3.8 with stock spec. I can beat most of the rear wheel drive cars! yours is much faster to avoid you being bored |
