NGK 97506 Spark Plugs gap?

I purchased the 1 step colder NGK 97506 laser iridium spark plugs to replace my stock Bosch ones on my 2013 650i. I don't have any tune yet, so still stock 450hp but planning to flash soon.

I know everyone talks about gapping the NGK's usually around 0.02" but the stock M6 S63TU with 560hp and almost 22psi max boost uses the same coils and same 0.32" gap as the 650i...

I'm hesitant about the lower gaps because people report rougher idle sometimes? I might keep the NGK's with their stock 0.31" gap and see how it goes after flashing BM3 but curious if anyone has kept the stock NGK gap and had any issues? From what I know it's preferred to keep a bigger gap if your coils/ignition can handle the jump.

TLDR; if the stock 0.32" gap works fine for a stock M6 why wouldn't it work fine for a tuned N63TU 650i?
