Sooo is this what they mean when they say the next gen M3 will have a gran coupe?? Sedan or coupe FTW, I'm not for mixing 2 cars together and coming up with some strange name to call it.

The CLS wins hands down how so? On looks alone? The problem is that looks are subjective.

Beautiful!!! And if you notice that the third break light on the trunk lid is just a sticker. It looks as to by at the top of the window like the concept. I have a feeling this will also get different rear bumper treatment.

I like the 6'er in the 4-door form more than the 2-door coupe (I own an e92). I have seen the 6 many times and it looks SOO damn big...too big for a coupe (imho)...adding 2 more doors really seem to break it up a bit in a good way (proportions look better for the size).

Oh, I guess I am partial since I jumped on the 4-door coupe bandwagon. I have this on order (August arrival)

...The A7 will be my winter car...keeping the e92 for a long while (I love it!!)

I like this a lot better than the coupe version. I think what threw me is we saw that 6er prototype first, which looked so sweet, then the coupe came out and it looked....off. This new gran coupe looks like what i originally lusted after

Damn how I hate this useless non slide-able sunroof . . . Why they just keep in designing cars with these useless sunroof! First E63 then F13 & now Gran Coupe! . . . Just make them more useful like MB slide-able panoramic roofs please!?

Beside this is not more than a 4-door 6 series for me!

have to admit it kinda lost its sexiness when they dropped the rear and front bumpers of the gran coupe concept

Spotted the first one!

Well non of the lines flow together. It looks just like pre-2000s car body shape combined with high tech headlights and taillights. A7 and CLS got some killer lines that connect throughout the frame like a proper 2012 new car.

IM sure this BMW will drive like a BMW but this whole 4 door giant coupe market is mostly about the looks. MB and Audis are no slouch in driving dynamics either.

can't wait to see the M6 Gran Coupe!

But as has been stated before, it will probably be $15K more than the CLS63!
I remember when Bimmers used to be cheaper than Mercedes, maybe 10 years ago...

No, but who needs an N74 when you have the S63. As much power, nearly as much torque, lighter weight, and plus the car will have the full M treatement.

Hmm. I think I like the 5-series more. This is about on par with the A7 and maybe behind the CLS, design-wise.

One thing I noticed- women love the 6-series.

Ewww...i'll never follow this trend...
Coupe is a Coupe, Sedan is a Sedan, SUV is a SUV, Wagon is a Wagon...

I can't stand these Audi A7, MB CLS, BMW 6er, BMW gran turismo, Ferrari FF bs...

There's nothing wrong with preferring the looks of the CLS or A7 over the Gran Coupe, but I'll reserve my judgment until the production car is fully revealed.
