Need help, looking to buy 650i x-drive coupe.

So I am looking at buying a 2012 650i x-drive coupe with 35k miles that just had it's warranty end in November and wanted to see if there is anything in particular I should look out for on the car or problems that tend to typically happen with the 650i coupes. According the carfax, it is a one owner car and has always been maintained by a BMW dealership. I have a lot of experience with the e90/92 335s and M3s which I have had zero issues with over the course of owning 3 of them and they are pretty bullet proof as long as you perform the typical scheduled maintenance. However, I don't know much about the f12/13 650s and how they tend to hold up. Also, can you run a square tire set up on this car? I know in a lot of other cars with wider rear wheels you can run a square set up and I would need to buy new tires for this car as it has high performance summer times and I plan on driving the car year round.

Just want to make sure you know the 2012 has a different engine than the 2013.

I did know that, thanks. What are the big differences of the newer engine besides additional power?
