Haha exactly.
I don't get it. Two of the five people in the photo are men, and there's nothing unusually feminine about the scene...

No, I think templarklimek is right. 4 out of the 5 people are women. I think the one on the left is an older woman (she has a slight bump on the chest. a skinny man wouldn't have that bump).

Well, if your facts are based on this picture, that would be 60%. As each person would represent 20%...Again, that's based on your assesment.

Been to this plant a few times amazing 1200 cars a day I believe, don't miss going if you ever get a chance, most amazing part.... NON UNION! Employees really seem to love their job, BMW does it again.

Actually, many of the employees there drive BMWs. I've been to Spartanburg and was told that they get massive discounts on BMW vehicles, however, they do have some tight restrictions in order to take advantage of it. For example, they can pretty much never be late to work, etc.

Agreed. Had to say something.

But on topic.... I own 2 BMWs built at the Spartanburg facility... with the same last 3 digits of the VINs... built 11 years apart from each other.

When I toured the factory several years ago, we were informed that factory workers are offered incredible short term lease deals for around $250 a month which includes insurance. I recall something about some restrictions like they can't smoke in the vehicle
thats where I was going with that....lol bunch of uptight front page commenters on here damn!!

That is correct at BMW any manufacturing facility offers employees beneficial discounts towards new vehicles.
Rolls-Royce employees are still offered BMW and MINI vehicles.

After having been to both the Mercedes plant in Vance, AL and the BMW plant in Greer, I will say it is interesting how many more BMW's there are at the BMW plant parking lot than there are Mercedes at the Mercedes Plant.
