2015 M6 GC Seats that hug?

Hi guys, just picked up a '15 M6, and couldn't find the option that activates seat in M mode, meaning they hug you, or squeeze you when you turn?

Does this still happen in M models, or not anymore? Or am I not cornering hard enough to activate it?

Love the vehicle, more fun than my A8. My daughter also likes it more than the 458. But she doesn't really know what she's talking about

Garage List
There is no actively hugging side bolsters on the M6
I heard it comes with some of the Mercedes AMGs

On a Top Gear episode Jeremy showed that feature on the E60 M5, BMW must have decided it isn't worth the effort/weight/reliability concern?

MB AMG has this cool feature... I was so close to get CL63 AMG back in summer 2011 because of this feature but at last minute got F13 650i

I have had it on a S450 AMG Sport, and 2 S63 AMG's now ... it is very COOL

It is paired with the active massage for the back with 6 modes of massage .. very AMAZING

Most of the AMG line-up has it including the ML/GLE 63 AMG and GL/GLS63 AMG ... with the massage

I wish M6'ers had it as it is cool

Never had an issue with it ... but then again I only kept my S-class cars 3 years or less then swapped them for newer models

Well as I always say, MB AMG is a luxury car with sporty features while M cars are sport cars with luxury features; So this cool feature (I admit) is not a must for sport cars ... Especially where (or when ) the whole car (M6) with stiff suspension (that are glued to the asphalt in corners) will hug you

You should agree with me... well you must haha

AGREED

That is Why Princess is only a summer good weather topless tramp meant to be ridden hard

But never put away dirty

Maybe the reason I keep my M6 Cabs a bit longer ...

Expensive Shoes, DDs and under the bonnet custom work and all

She going Dinan Stag II and intakes very soon!

Last gen. had it, but this gen. doesn't have it. Active seat for this generation meant massage function, useless to me so I didn't pick it. Although I believe in the US it is part of the executive package.

Last Gen (2007 anyways) Cab didn't have it even with all options checked off

I have the seat butt/upper leg massage function on the 2016 Cab ... Kind of strange how it works, and not very relaxing IMO compared to the AMG upper and lower back Set up with Active Side bolsters ... But no active side bolsters in the 2016 Cab (other than being able to adjust them) ... At least in the Canadian spec cabrio.

Anyone actually have this function in this current Gen 6'er?

I was recently in a New 750iL at the Fairmont Pacific Rim for a Dental Convention ... the back massage was a nice LEAP forward from the Butt massager that feels so strange, and it also had the side bolster function front and rear seats like my S63 AMG does ... perhaps a future trickle down to the 6'ers?
