It looks amazing, in my opinion. I was really reluctant to go for the drop as what I had seen in some pictures led me to believe the drop was just too low for my taste. I really dislike drops where the wheels seem to be tucked under the lip of the wheel arches. I have to say, the pictures misled me. The drop is just perfect. The car was lowered just enough to remove the unwanted gap without hiding any of the tire. With my 10mm spacers the wheels sit perfectly in the arches and protrude enough to give the car a mean yet elegant stance. As far as the ride quality, I haven't driven in it much since I just picked the car up this morning from SAT in Fort Lauderdale (they did a amazing job, very quickly too) but I can tell the ride quality suffered a bit. This was to be expected of course and the car is definitely still very comfortable and drivable. For those who have any experience with driving anything Italian regularly (excluding something like a Fiat) you'll already know what to expect and will be relatively immune to it. I'll post some pictures later on when I get the time. As of right now I just want to drive this thing. It also needs to be cleaned up a bit. I'll keep you guys posted.

Too bad I can't lower my car here in Canada, too much snow and speed bumps
Looking forward to see some pics.

Nice. Glad to hear. Remember the springs will settle after 1000 miles so they will lower the car a little more

Hahaha. I'll have them up soon. Had the car washed after install. Having lunch with wifey now, but I can confirm she didn't notice the difference in ride quality at all. Then again she didn't even seem to notice the difference in ride height either.

I almost wish it didn't go lower any more than it is, I think it's at the perfect height right now. Hopefully it wouldn't be enough for me to notice much of a difference.

Hopefully non of the mods you did void the warranty bc dealers are looking for an excuse to relate any issue to the mods while they even can't fix the problems of the car specially this beast

My dealer had no issue with me running spacers or springs. I ran it by them before hand. Some of the mods they installed themselves even. The only thing I haven't installed is the BMS piggyback tune which I'm most likely selling off.

Coilovers? Can adjust to the perfect setting. I have the same concern you do and I believe 3 1/4 all around would be perfect

Nice !

I am in the same spot. I wonder what it will look like. I too have to 10mm spacers and am curious if the drop kit you got made the front drop more than the rear? Some kits do this as they think it makes the car look more aggressive...?... I am looking forward to seeing your pics.

John, my concern with this drop was the same as yours. I didn't want the car to be leveled flat, I didn't want it too look like the tire was under the lip, I wanted to lessen the gap but still keep some of it and have a slanted stance. Luckily this is exactly what I got. The car already has a slanted stance stock, an this deep has so far kept that look. The drop is an even 1inch front and back so whatever slant was there before still remains, and I guess the weight of the engine in the front helps this out a bit. I was running the 10mm spacers for a week before getting the springs and that's what actually drove me to get them. While I loved the way the rears looked on 10mm, for the front the spacers just made the gap more noticeable, they were also too far out then by about 2mm as I was running the stock tires which feature a rim protecting bulge. This made the car look a bit too beefy and "american muscle-ish" from some angles. With the drop now it looks just perfect as the fronts tucked in very slightly. I give this stance a 9/10 (a perfect 10 would be AlpineAlpineM6's stance which is on coilovers). I deducted .05 based on the somewhat diminished ride quality (which is easily forgettable) and another .05 on the fact that I would have actually preferred a .08 inch drop on the rear to accentuate the slant even further.

Looks great. I wish I can go that low. 3 1/4's all around is what my setup will be. Nice shots.

Thanks. No sidecams, went with the Competition Package instead of the Driver Assistance Package. I'm having a front bumper cam installed by SAT to help keep me from banging the front end with the curb stops though since some public places here in Florida don't allow rear-in parking.

I only do rear parking, but I like how the new generation of BMW's got the front camera in a top view (cars like 2014 x5).
