There are somethings about cars you will never find in Carfax.
For example if the car is in accident and you leave it in BMW collision center to fix it, they never report it to Carfax!

Personally I would never buy an M Car from anywhere but a franchised BMW dealer with an approved used warranty attached.

What if I bring this car to BMW dealer and let them check everything before I buy this car. If you were me, would you buy it?

It really is up to you, it's your money and your life.
Why don't you tell us a little more about the car?
Is it under warranty still?
Is it eligible for extended warranty?
Was the break-in performed correctly?

A previous post suggested that this car had structural damage...
If so then I would stay away unless you plan on driving it at less than 5/10ths
and keep it forever. No one will want to buy it from you, and you are risking your life pushing a high performance vehicle that may or may not be structurally sound.
