On this episode of Ignition, Jonny Lieberman gets behind the wheel of the newest M to grace the BMW lineup, the 2014 M6 Gran Coupe. It's big, it's powerful and it's expensive but is it the ultimate M?

Awesome video It's kind of sad that he hates the M5 so much.

It's no secret Johnny Liebermann dislikes the M5 so much. I do question, however, why he does. It is about 300 pounds lighter, has an ever so slightly shorter wheelbase, and has the same steering and suspension components. Perhaps he has grown to like how newer F series M cars drive and he needs to drive the M5 again, or it is his incompetence as a reviewer to acknowledge it's performance merits. I am not sure, but interesting review nonetheless.

I never understood this as well. He say's the M5 feels sloppy on turns, but he wants to keep the M6GC EDC in Sport because he wants the car to "lean when hes making turns so he can feel what it's doing", I don't know about you guys but I think I can feel exactly what a car is doing the stiffer the suspension is. To his defense he does acknowledge that the M5 is fast as hell on the straights, but I think he's being way too harsh and maybe even exaggerating how the M5 handles. It's almost as if hes trying to say Ms are turning into the older AMG cars. Add the points you brought up, it just doesn't make any sense to me, then again I'm not an editor for a car magazine so maybe I'm the incompetent one.

I just enjoyed watching that beautiful car driving around. No matter what the reviewer was saying!
