no where particularly special to turn a single tip into dual tips. right off hand, i know a guy just got his off ebay here.

just cut the tips...there's nothing special to it. the sport exhaust has a vacuum tube, but that won't be your concern anyways. cut and go!

Been there done that, just get any tips on ebay that you want. You should get dual outlet 3.5". I did not take any direct picture. This is the RWcarbin diffuser. My 640i Msport does not have any vacuum line, I believe only 650i do.

I am looking to do the same setup as you.

What tips are you using?

Setup looks awesome.

Thank you for your compliment. There are multiple versions that you can find on ebay. This one is similar https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F332386755132. Mine are offset with gloss carbon. There are also M version. Any exhaust shop can custom the length according to your liking, but inlet and outlet have to be that measurement, 3" oulet will have gap and look fake. FYI, take out your resonator will make your car growl more without losing its luxurious. Excused my dirtiness.

The original length is 175mm. Exhaust shop can always make it however you like so don't stress it too much.

Where did you get the spoiler and middle piece of the diffuser from?

I just ordered a dual CF diffuser (outer piece) — didn’t want to deal with messing with the exhaust. It doesn’t have the middle piece and I need to get one (preferably not M Performance)..

Mine was not cut off all the way to the muffler end because I want to see the word akrapovic from top view. My friend get his flush with the diffuser by cutting up to the muffler end + part of the tips because he used V type diffuser. That is what I mean.
To SGen: both pieces of the diffuser can be ordered at rw carbon, the spoiler can be order from ebay.
