***!&!! - Pretty sure I just goofed up in a major way
2013 650i Coupe, with late model year N63.
Had the low coolant light on and added some distilled water / coolant mix to the cap in the attached pictures. I searched forever for the actual coolant filler neck (not shown in the manual for the 650). I assumed that the cap pictured was where I needed to add it. Well, after I did, I just happened to look at the front (right under the plastic engine cover) and found where it really was. So...what mayhem have I caused by adding about 0.5L of coolant to whatever is under that cap in the pictures. You are fine. At first I thought you screwed up because the N63 650 has the expansion tank before the shock tower. N63TU changed the location to behind shock tower..
