Rear windows don't automatically close when putting convertible top back up

I've recently had an issue when putting my convertible top up. When it closes, all of the windows will close, then the rear seat windows will go down half way. Seems like a flukey software issue, as the motors work fine. Has anyone seen anything like this or have a solution?

I had the same issue. Mine was caused by a build up of grime on the seals where the rear windows meet the front windows.
If you lower the rear windows fully and clean everything where the windows drop into the body, that should sort it or it did for me.
You may need to relearn the anti-trap limits afterwards.

Second this fix, for me it was the inside track at the top of the frame. I felt a bit of an expansion when i ran my hand in the track. I got a hair dryer and heated up the rack and shaped the rubber back to it's original shape. over a year and no issues

Thanks for the replies. For some reason, the windows went back to working. I will have to check the next time this pops up.
