Individual Amaro Brown and Gold Brown Pics Request

Hey all, I've so far only had the opportunity to see either of these colors in heavily photoshopped BMW guidebooks (see below for Amaro):

Does any one have any 6ers with either interior color? I'd love to try and figure out the subtle difference before I set my order for my 2015 m3! Gold Brown looks a little tiny bit darker, but I'd love to see it in real life.

Here are a few quick shots of my 2014 650i interior.

It seems to be a notoriously difficult color to capture and looks quite different depending on shade (tends towards brown) or direct sunlight (looks more pink/orange to my eyes).

For reference, I included an 18% grey card and white balanced off it. FWIW, the brown Ray-ban case is close in color - it's a little more brown, but gives you an idea and may be easier to see in person.

(After previewing, the web colors look off, so PM if you'd like the original files.)

I have the same interior with alcantara headliner in the same color. It really looks nice.

Calbear thanks a lot those are great shots, much closer to the actual color than the heavily doctored stuff I've seen.

Now I just need someone with "Gold Brown" to pipe in so I can make the decision.

I'm coming off Opal White with contrasting Sakhir Orange stitching so I still need a little flair (not into standard black!).

I was also wondering how the "two tone" would look since all the newer cars have a fair amount of black leather with the full leather option as well. Your pictures have totally relieved my woes and black/amaro look great together.

For Brianeck, here's an older shot which better shows what's Black vs. Amaro.

I preferred the standard black headliner (vs amaro) because I felt it gave better continuity with the black leather on the upper door panels. I wanted to get Piano Black, but wimped out because of all the horror stores about scratches. I wound up getting the Fineline Oak trim, but have noticed that it also gets a lot of fine scratches. It just hides them better than piano black.

Even my Gray Poplar Wood trim shows the scratches. Not sure what it sitting on top of the trim (i.e. plastic) but BMW should try to find something a little more scratch resistant.

I have the same interior on my 2015 640xd GC. The problem is that it get very dirty form my dark denim. Do you know how to protect it and clean it?
