645ci idrive not connecting to iPhone? Muffler delete - Rough Idle

Hi guys, changed over from my e93 a few weeks ago and got myself a 6er, absolutely love the change honestly, few issues already which I'm working up with the dealer, but always want to try figure stuff out myself. Should mention its a 2003/04.

First problem Rough idle / slight knock - its thrown the code P2189 System Too Lean at Idle (Bank 2). It rests sometimes around 600rpm, then hovers to 700 and back down to 500, so its not crazy but its defiantly something.

I know this sadly can be because of many things, MAF sensor dirty, crack in piping, vacuum leak, hoses cracked, 02 front sensor bad, injectors etc. Any idea if you guys have had the same problem what where to start the search? Spark plugs where just all replaced before i got the car, oil change, oil filter, air filter.

Second problem is connecting my iPhone 6 to the drive, in my e93 was no problem but its not seeing it in my 6. It has the BMW phone I'm not sure if that matters or not. Does it need a firmware update?

Lastly, was going to go with a res delete and also maybe muffler delete, one bug bare is how incredibly quiet it is even at WOT, I'm used to that grunt from my 335i i guess But nothing beats the sound of this V honestly.
