Install oem front spoiler or not?

The OEM Front spoiler for my m6 coupe is still in its plastic packaging in the trunk. Is this due to shipping? Should it have been installed by the dealer?

And, should I install it? Does it look ok? It is rather plasticky....

Should have been installed by the dealer. It actually makes a nice difference in the look of the car. It is very cheap. About a $100 piece. Good thing is it doesn't break and cheap if it does. I installed one on my F12 (it doesn't come standard with the cab).
