Down shift issues *help*

Hi all, I've had my M6 for quite a while with ceramic brakes and it's great just great but I'm facing aggressive down shifts from gear 4 downwards it happens quite and only happens when I hit the brakes to make a stop from low speed, any ideas ? Is it from the heat In this region ? Night and day it ranges from 38-50 Celsius at this time of the year?

What mode is your transmission set to?
