M6 Vert good deal?!

Hi guys, been lurking around and decided I might pull the trigger on a 2014 M6 convertible. The car has 4400 miles on it, warranty just started this April 2015. Has the executive package, B&O audio, assistance but not plus, carbon ceramic brake, extended leather and 20 inch wheels. Dealer is offering me $89500, what do you guys think?

Trading in my fully loaded 08 M3 convertible with 57,000 miles on it. They're giving me $28000 for it.
