I have a miesterschaft Å*ÜŚ with x pipe on my 650i and I absolutely love every minute I spend in my. Car .
My opinion I don't think there's an exhaust better then the miestershaft

You can check AC Schnitzer or Hartge but don't expect them to sound very loud on the 640i but they are better than stock or you can go with ///M performance sport exhaust.

Checkout my ac schnitzer exhaust for my 640i. It sounds louder with the downpipes. However in the video, it is just the exhaust and no other mods.
