Hi All,

Excited to be part of the forum
Finally picked up my M6 Gran Coupe in my ideal color choice, coming from F10 535d which I was lucky enough to be able to hold on to as well!

Here are some pics!

Congrats and welcome aboard. Definitely my favorite color. Your 535 is that Carbon Black Metallic?

Thank you
Yes carbon black
Have thoroughly enjoyed the insane torque on the 535d but the M6 is a different animal

We have a 550 in that color and it is absolutely fantastic.

My son has an older diesel truck with a few mods that has it getting about 100ftlbs of torque, this truck has gotten him interested in finding 4 series with a diesel.

The torque on these cars is mental and the HP that swiftly spirits you away after you get pushed down in your seat is 100% pulse quickening every time.

What color is the M6? (leaving info like that is valuable, historically...10 years from now...new members will want to educate themselves on what was available or what colors were offered).

Good point

The exterior color is San Marino Blue, I believe it is a M exclusive color but no extra charge like some of the other colors
And the interior is Sakhir Orange

I have heard people refer to it as the “Superman” spec

Beautiful. Thanks for the update...gotta document these rare colors so that we don't lose them to time and old age.

San Marino Blue is so beautiful!
Congratz on joining the 6er club
Love the red interior and the rims!

I've been wanting to black out my grills (literally have the black grills sitting in my closet)
but keep procrastinating lol - it looks so aggressive with it done!
My ultimate goal is black out my rims, black out grill, add a nice subtle rear decklid/spoiler and a subtle front lip

the rest of my mods will be purely for engine longevity!

If you wanna turn the heat up on torque and HP then get some CP Pistons and Carrillo Rods from 5150autosport, they are pre-balanced and drop in ready. Close the bottom end out with King or ACL rod bearings and then drive in peace.

After that if you plan on punching it hard plan on clutches, diff brace and rear axles.
