2015 M6 Gran Coupe availability

Anyone else having problems securing a build spot for March? My dealer tells me only 8 were allocated to the US ... more than a little frustrated over here.

I'm scheduled for April, as I'm doing ED and didn't want to have to deal with snow in March.

Did you try David Aviles yet? We are running a crazy special on m6GC right now and also am taking orders for 2015's

A very reliable contact at BMW NA told me that MODEL YEAR 2015 M6 GC production will not begin in March. In reality, it will commence around August-September.

Thats not true they have buildable April production slots for 2015 MY

I finally got a build spot for April ... they're telling me its going to be a 2015. That's all I know so far.

I just received my production number for a 2015 M6GC. FWIW, I also added ZCP to my build. Now, I'm just waiting for confirmation from BMW for my ED date.

Unless they are drastically reducing production numbers, that's BS.

Look at my thread on the M6 GC Production Stats, they've been making about 5 a day on average, sometimes as many as 15 a day, for the US/Canada market.

My source at BMW NA tells me the LCI for the 6 series will be occurring in MY 2016 -- not MY 2015 -- at which time the headlight design will be changing (i.e. at least in the case of the Euro version, these headlights will incorporate the Anti-dazzle/Anti-glare technology on the high-beam side.

For MY 2015 (commencing with March 2014 production), the Dynamic Digital Instrument Cluster (DDIC) becomes standard on all non-M6 models. This feature was previously offered as option 6WB within the M Sport Edition (ZMS). Also, Glacier Silver replaces Titanium Silver. Finally, some options have been removed from Packages, and will be offered as standalone options, etc.
