Space Gray M6?

So I'm coming close on the decision between ordering that 2016 individual build without the CP- or taking over a 2015 M6 coupe w/CP for my home in LA.

I found a few photos online, but I was curious if anyone here has one? It seems to be the least common color (funny because I swore I used to see the E92 m3 all the time in Space Gray.

Please post your photos if you do! Trying to get a good feel for it

Thoughts and comments are also appreciated

Have a good work week my fellow m6ers!

Space gray is always classic and beautiful color; however since there are many BMWs in this (or close) color, I would get the more unique colors rather than this color. IMO M6 is gorgeous in any color except PINK
Here you can find bunch of pics

It really is a color that you can't go wrong in. I just don't know if it's worth passing up on frozen space gray paint w/ white opal interior..but my CA confirmed its been pushed back even further due to Carbon Fiber shortage- and since it would be a n individual order- im looking at a JULY or AUGUST delivery.

....I don't know if I can wait that long.

Btw- the 15 is a manual transmission too. So that's a plus.

Every BMW Model has this colour , not for the M6 IMO, way too plain.
Here is my old F10 550i M Sport

You're right- that color definitely fits other series better than the M6 because of the body of it.

I appreciate the photo btw- and these few discussions have just convinced me that what's another 4/5 months? It'll suck but I know I'll be ultimately much happier having the car the exact way I want it (not to mention that new BMW smell) better to be tortured a few months, then regret it every time I drive it.

Thanks guys. Pics to come soon! (Not, lol but in the summer)

Since the day I saw Singapore gray, I've always loved it.

But I'm also a fan of frozen/matte paint (would never wrap because you could definitely tell when it is or not) and find that the frozen space gray really pops out with white opal leather.

If the 15 that's up for take would have been singapore gray, would have been slightly harder decision. Also looked at the high res photos on the 2016 m6.

I'm already a sucker for the new headlights

Here's the current- you don't really notice the difference until you actually put them side by side.

Anyways- I can't sleep now that I'm decided and building it.

I made that decision this weekend and picked up a '15 SG loaded with everything, except the carbon ceramic rotors. The delays are ongoing and have been pushed back for a few weeks already, with no firm end in sight.

The choice between waiting until the end of this year or enjoying a car that arguably has only minor LCI changes (pending more info on the CP) was an easy one for me.

You made the right choice, SG is a great color and wont cost you an extra 5k for a different shade of grey. Congrats!

Congrats on the choice man! Post pics when you get a chance to- sg is probably the nicest along with shakir orange for the m6 without paying a mark up.
