which side is dm2 on

Hello new to the forum and this is my first post. Recently bought a 2014 bmw 650i gran coupe with n63tu and it has been misfiring and has high pressure fuel system fault codes. I swapped the high pressure fuel pumps and the code was originally on dme 1 and now it has moved to dm2. Was wondering if anyone can let me know which side dm2 is on so i can replace that side’s high pressure fuel pump. Thanks in advance.

Bank 1 is pass side and bank 2 is drivers side in US cars
I changed both when I did mine at it was just a matter of time, also used fcp for lifetime warranty/replacement.
Are you getting any other codes?

I don't know if this warranty extension applies to your situation but it might.

Oris4 these were the codes on the dme modules before i swapped the pumps to different sides. And im planning on ordering everything on fcp euro for this car lol. I know that i will probably have to change the wiring connector, you have any advice or anything on which wire goes to what side of the connector? and I really appreciate your reply back.

I had pretty much all of those codes prior to doing my fuel pumps. My car is a 15 gran coupe and I did not have to change the connectors, hopefully you don’t have to as well. it is common to get the gasket in the Cam followers as well. Be sure to clear all the codes before start up.
