I doubt any dealer would do this. Your best bet would be to visit a good aftermarket upholstery shop, may as well go all out and get diamond stitcthing or something really nice if you're looking to upgrade your leather

I didn't read anything saying something is wrong with M6 leather. He wants his car to be a certain way and he's asking if anyone has information on it. Isn't that the point of these forums? OP - If you really want the full leather, you might be best off just waiting for a car to come along with that option. There were plenty of them out there when I was looking for mine. Good luck! You can see the extra parts on this site: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/part...2-BMW-M6&mg=51
I would look for a wrecked M6 in the same color with the leather you want and buy the pieces. Some are easy to install. Use http://bimmer.work/ to see ifthe car you are looking at has the leather option.

Extended isn't what you want, it is full. Full includes leather on the upper door cars and across the top of the dash running down and around the centre console to the side of the gear shifter and to the rear seat. Extended is as low as you can go in an F12/F13

IMHO, unless a very cool color, not worth.

There is a nice green M6 with every option in the UK and has green stitching on the seats even but only extended leather and the dash makes me sad. |

"There is a nice green M6 with every option in the UK " Original poster is a left hand driver, no UK models for us.

Never buy a m6 without Full Leather. BMW has to be kidding thinking Extended Leather is acceptable at this price range. The difference in interior quality between Extended vs Full is huge. Even my Base X6 has Full Leather dashboard.

+1. Cheap plastic dash is unacceptable in an M6

I agree, which is why I wanted to know if I can upgrade to full leather? I looked online and saw the dashboard for a little more than 2k, but that's just the dashboard. I'll need to find the center console, the door, etc..... I don't see any san marino blue with full leather used anywhere with full leather, just extended leather..... Then again, it's not like I want the car tomorrow or anytime soon, need a few months to save up some serious cash first. I just wanted to know if there was another option to upgrade the leather if I can't find what I'm looking for....

I recall a member did this couple years ago on his own... If I'm not mistaken he claimed something about 10k cost!

Here is a pic of my interior to illustrate the elegance of full leather; mine is amaro brown. Do yourself a favor. Don't settle for less. Last edited by Bobby_Drake; 11-03-2016 at 03:32 AM.. Reason: typo |

Hopefully by the time I'm ready to pull the trigger I'll find a San Marino blue with full leather and executive package..... If I can find a fully loaded one with full leather I'll be in bliss because I want competition package as well!!!
