Best sounding exhaust for m6
Guys what do you think is the best sounding exhaust for the m6 ? Besides Akrapovic because I don't want to pay 8k for an exhaust. I want something raw and angry, Thanks !

I think the Innotech sounds amazing, but the price range is ridiculous.
Wish there was more video of the Turner exhaust. Very affordable. |

I don't think you are going to get away cheap and end up with something that sounds decent. Turner makes an exhaust that is inexpensive but I believe they just delete the mufflers which isn't going to sound that great -- loud but not refined/exotic.
Catless downpipes are going to run you ~$1800 and any decent mufflers are going to run you ~$4k+ so minimum you are looking at ~$6k -- that is if you don't replace the mid-pipes. Brian

Any of you guys have video/sound clips of the Akra with catless DPs?
I've heard the Akra is a tame but refined sound. The Eisenmann and Meisterchaft is more loud, raspy, and nasty sounding. Am I correct? Brian Last edited by bigbrian; 08-09-2014 at 02:52 PM.. |

Nevermind, think I found it.
Man, they thing has got to be loud. Wonder how loud the cabin noise is, compared to the Meisterschaft. |

I have not had the chance to hear any of the set ups in person yet, however the vids I have seen of the Eisenmann are pretty dang good!

Thanks C! I am actually contemplating switching to the Meisterchaft with the matte black round tips (same as yours C). I've been told it's a bit louder and more nasty sounding. If I like the Meiserchaft my Eisenmann Race might be for sale here shortly.

That it is, but I'm not sure if it's as wicked as Eisenmann Race. Don't get me wrong, I love my Meistershaft, but yours sounds pretty nuts. I would stick with what you have, pal.

However, you should DEF have your current exhaust tips done in a satin black (not gloss). Have them use High Temp paint (like your calipers) or you can have them PC'ed. I might even consider matte black for you, since you have a gloss black car. It would be a nice contrast and bring them out more, from the lower body of your car.
