Eisemann Race Tips Question

Does anyone know if Eisenmann (or anyone else) makes black or carbon fiber tips that I can put over my existing Eisenmann race exhaust tips?

for black, you can get them painted or powder coated at your local shop. If you want Eisenmann factory to do this, it will be a few hundred $. I asked this when I was getting it last year and decided not to do it after all.

IND Dist. wants $750 premium for their so-called 'Black series'.

Thank you very much. So, there's not a slip-on option (just the tips), since I already own the system?

IND's are the entire system in black paint

Eisenmann factory can paint just the tip black. Eisenmann does not make any slip on tips at all (as far as I know). Therefore, your logical solution is to paint them yourself (or your local shop). But do NOT plastic dip the tip.

Unfortunately, there is not a slip-on tip option. We charge $250 for powder coating or ceramic service on the exhaust tips. We highly recommend using either of those options as opposed to just a standard paint. This can be done by any shop with that capability. Just ensure that they properly mask the system and if you have a sport remove the valves prior to baking the system in the oven.

I have been thinking about doing this as well so I am glad you started this thread.

@Andrew@IND - Is it safe to powdercoat the tips "and" the mufflers (Race Version)? Or should we avoid doing the actual mufflers?

Brian
