Lowering springs or coils necessary?

I am planning on purchasing forged 21" wheels very soon. I've had my f06 for 1 week and I am really happy with the suspension and ride. If I plus size my setup will it look odd without a drop? Thx in advance for feedback.

It shouldn't look odd. If you visit member Hunter5179's thread on his SG M6 Coupe you'll find a picture of his car on HRE 21s before he dropped it and the car still looked awesome. However, in my opinion it would look better with a drop. I'm waiting on some 21s as we speak, I'm currently lowered -1 inch from stock. After the drop my stock 20 inch 343m started looking a bit small. With 21s and a drop the car should look absolutely perfect. If you want advice on a drop I would recommend KW's coilovers if you don't mind losing EDC or KW's sleeveover kit if you want to keep EDC and have full adjustability and very good ride quality. I am dropped on H&Rs which are fine and keeps the EDC but affect the ride quality a little.
