Led foglight adjustment

I noticed the driver side led fog seems brighter and more blue than my passenger side. Can the fog light height level be adjusted? Does anyone else have this problem?

The LED fogs look blueish purple on my car, they are lined up when I am parking in my garage if I have them on.
