Pricey?

2015 M6 coupe, Extended leather Silverstone, competition package with 601 wheels, carbon trim, bang olufsen, driver assistance pack. MSRP 134k
3 year lease 1700 / 12k miles. Reasonable?

Waiting for opinions. Thanks!

Seems high.

A few questions:
1. How much are they discounting the car?
2. What are the residual/money factor numbers? (Are they giving you the buy rate on the MF?)
3. What are your total drive-offs, $0?

I think it's too high, especially with about $2500-$3000 drive-off (first month, registration, title, tax, etc.).

You should find out exactly how much he is discounting so you can shop around. You should also demand the "buy" rate on the MF, assuming you have good credit...

Good luck.

Thanks! He is pulling it from another dealer so I do not think he has a high range for the discount. Feels pricey to me as well

Given how optioned it is- and based off what I've seen others get especially on the outgoing 2015, that is far too high. A lot of people are getting 15-20K off sticker which is bringing their payment down to about 1300 a month +tax.

I highly recommend going to an auto lease broker- take that quote, and shot gun it around to dealerships in your area willing to cut a deal with you.

My 2016 had I opted to do a 3 year term (I'm doing a 2 year single pay lease) was 1475+tax with a 130K sticker just for perspective- so don't settle for this deal. You can definitely do better

If I had 1300-1400 I would jump in right away. Hopefully I can get it

Trust me- those deals are out there. Especially on highly optioned 2015s. Don't settle man, 400 bucks a month x 36 months = 14,400 dollars you could have spent on a nice set of wheels+mods

Agreed
Asking for 15-20k off MSRP of 2015 model when 2016 is almost out there, is not impossible. With current residuals (55%) and MF 0.0013, you have to target 1350-1450 +tax for this car...

I learned by reading from the best when it comes to this topic

In all seriousness- OP, glad you posted here before pulling the trigger and became "that guy" the dealer took advantage of. This forum helped me a great deal when negotiating for mine.

Terrible man. Go elsewhere. Unless money's not a factor then close the deal. But you'll know most of us here sit on a 13-1400 dollar payment

Cant seem to find a better car anywhere. I wonder why is it so much? 2016 hits dealers in 2 months. If they not gonna sell this car (which is not likely at 127k for 2015), they will have to sell it for 110k in 2 months... Any hint on what dealer you leased thru? Also was it BMWFS or some other leasing company?

I'm wondering too but this is their rule. They need to wait to make sure they can't get rid of them and then they will reduce the price. The only hint I can give you is to be patient. June-July is the best time to get a sweat deal. You need to wait 2-3 more months and when their lot has enough 2016 model, they will be willing to make you happy

Take their advice! After reading posts about getting $15K - $20K off an outgoing '15, I took that advice and got just that - $15,000 off sticker. My vehicle was at a dealer in CA (I'm in AZ) so I cut my dealer out of it when I made the offer. No way I woulda got $15K off for a car out of state with my dealer in the middle. Take their advice. Make an offer of $115K - $119K.
