problem convertible

Hello, i have a 640i convertible 2012. Now i have a problem when i close the softtop. When i schut it down, the rear windows doesn't close.
Have someone have the same problem or a solution.
The dealer has already download new software but it didn't solve the problem.

My sister had this problem on her Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet and it turned out to be a mechanical fault within the side panel of the door.

Not sure with the 6 series have you checked the settings etc within the i-drive?

Thanks, but i think there are no settings for the softtop within the i-drive.
Or i don't now that there are.

I have the same problem. not every time but often and just left rear window

Had a similar problem which was intermittent but seemed linked to the anti trap sensitivity on rear window/s my dealer replaced under warranty the whole rear window mechanism and regulator and that cured the problem.
