Front License Plate Dilemma
I live in NY Ive been driving without the front for 2 years never got caught. Got my M6 in March and only recently Ive been caught and ticketed twice. Fines are over $500 now. I can fathom putting the front plate on it destroys the look of the car. But I can't keep getting the tickets any solutions?

I've got this - http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-18...ran-coupe.aspx Which I think is the best looking approach to a front plate that I've seen. However, so far I've been lucky and haven't actually put it on

I live in this expensive $h!Thole we call NY too. They are a pain in the ass with the front plate, just another way to extort us after we already pay an absurd amount of taxes...I digress. So heres what I did.
Get a piece of sheetmetal that is thick enough to handle the plate (use your discretion) Bend 90 degree, drill two holes, get 2 self taping screws, use foam insulation or other items that would stop damage from rubbing on your bumper. |
