Really impressed. Wish I had gotten the gran coupe... The Coupe sits in the driveway when I'm w the kids. S550 doesn't catch the eye better than a GC.....

At last report, my M6 GC on the same boat as yours is still stuck at the VPC in NJ for clutch replacement. All mysterious, with poor communication about why in the world they are replacing anything on a car that worked fine upon European Delivery dropoff.

Wow man, thats weird. I'm sorry to hear that. I would be pissed too, and I've been there, BMW's line of communication between dealer and VPC is horrendous.

how the heck do u all put kids back there? I'm assuming ur kids are all out of car seats. I can't imagine 2 car seats back there with those rug rats kicking me. I picked up an x5 for that problem. i do wish sometimes I could drive the m6gc for that. I just don't see it being reasonable for 2 car seats.

My 10-year-old son loves the M6GC. There's more legroom in GC rear than in 2-door. It's fine, really. He knows a more "personalized" realm back there compared to an SUV means cooler car. I've had some influence on him, at least....

It's not preferable but it can be done. We have a SUV too, but if it wanted I can put the seats in there.

I do have tons of fun w my coupe..... When I'm alone. Of course...I drove away at 10 mph w my 5 yo and my wife said I was speeding. My eisseman race gives it a sound that your doing 60mph when ur just doing 10mph...
