Well after not getting them from Amazon (got a full refund) I ordered from ebay and installed today.

Came with required set screws, and tiny allen wrench. Was easy to install and fit well. Drove a little and seemed fine though at higher points was a bit wonky. I just needed a few inches as per picture so should be fine for that.

Spent more time driving and I really am using the extensions to shift, and I have less hand shifting and no pinky shifting.

That said, I sometimes hit them with the back of my fingers, and I think this would occur with permanent larger paddles as well (probably why BMW made them smaller).
