Got my Ultra Racing Bars
My Ultra Racing Bars x4 for my F06 have arrived.
I will DIY the lower bars to paint them gloss black and keep the top one in white with M logo. I will post more photos on the install and let you guys know how it feels in a weeks time.

Update on installed the top bar.
The ride on corner is much better. The response of the steering is much more direct and feel less electronic. There is less front body roll on the front now. Will install the other 3 bars next week when I has some more time.

Nice, I saw these on eBay but didn't know how good they truly are.
Keep us posted on how the lower bars perform as well. Was the improvement worth the price in your opinion?

i also saw these on ebay and inquired for the 5 series as they have them but they couldn't give me a definite answer since i have a 535. their listing on ebay was for a 525. your's looks really great!

I think the 525, 520 and 528 are the same engine bay but the 535 has a bigger engine so the top bar might not fit. Also the lower bar may not fit too because 535 have 2 side exhaust and the 525, 520 and 528 only have 1 side exhaust.

I have installed the lower 3 bars but I have not fully tested the handling yet.
I will give a feed back when I have tested it.

I figured both cars have the same chasis? But the exhaust maybe in the way like you said

I can feel the car is like on rails so much more solid but there is a down side for these 3 bars which I can accept and that is the car will feel a little bit bumpy on ruff roads. There is little to non forgive on the rear axle so most of the force will travel to the wheels and arm rear axle. Now I can feel every stone on the road unlike before which was a smoother ride. For me I can not live with out these bars. I will give a full feedback when I do a fully test on the bars. If for track days I will not install these at all, I would take it to a weld shop and spot weld the chassis but this cost a lot more.

I did a SMD Sunday Morning Drive and fully tested the power of the 4 Ultra Racing Bars.
The car handle so much solid on corning and fast less body roll, it feels like it is on rails, the rear axle is a lot stronger and solid. As for the mid part the car feel very stiff. The hold car feels much more like a sports car now. if you love driving on twisty roads and like a better handing car these bars is a must have.

cost way too much in Hong Kong over $6500usd for this option. my bars only cost $500usd
