Used 640i...no warranty

I found a great deal on a used 2013 640i Grand Coupe....it has 56k miles..no warranty left. I have to make a decision tomorrow...I'm terrified that it has no warranty. They are offering after market warranty for 3k. What do you guys think?

I'd check out the CARFAX report on the car. If it's been relatively trouble free and it's at a bargain price buy it, put some of the money you saved because of the "bargain" price into a "maintenance account" and enjoy the car. My BMW's have been all pretty trouble free other than normal maintenance and I find all this "Oh my God it doesn't have a warranty" a bunch of baloney from a worry wart crowd.

Thanks..I'm thinking the same thing. I know the 640i is more reliable then the 650i. I may just buy it today.
