Undercarriage torn up *emergency*

hey guys, I have a 2013 F13. recently I saw the cover for the undercarriage hanging behind the passenger side tire after doing some hard backroad driving.

Does anybody know what the part is called, and where I can buy it so I can replace it without having to take it to the dealership?

That's a pain - sue the highways department!

My guess would be Nbr.14 on here:-

Went to the dealership, BMW fixed it free of charge.

Yeah I was gonna say take it to BMW as it is just a clip and screw or a decent body shop could fix it for close to nothing.
