408M wheels on a 640d GC

So I've been offered a winter setup for my gran coupe at a great price but the wheels are the 19" 408M wheels from an M5.

Front wheels look like they will be 6mm extra poking out of the arch and 6mm closer to the damper. Think thats probably ok.

Rears however look like they will be c.19mm further out due to the 25mm offset rather than 44mm on the 373M alloys I have. So may not fit.

Is anyone running this setup on a none M car? Couldn't find anything specifically about this wheel when searching. Looking at willtheyfit.com the top of tyre looks pretty close to the same once you factor the move from 275 to 255. The price is so good I'd love them to fit.
