S.F. public defender detained outside court; office outraged
I guess this plainclothes sergeant has a career death wish.
Why not arrest a Appointed DA/judge or even State AG for parking cockeye? http://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/articl...rt-6046088.php Quote:

CA "resisting arrest" encompasses a few more things than just the literary meaning. It's basically a catch-all for when cops feel they're being annoyed. Dumb, I know.

nothing will happen, no charges will be filed and the lawyer will then have to prove that officer was not acting in good faith in accordance with his job.
We live in a time where police intimidation is standard operating proceedure. If the Officer has not fear of violating a lawyers rights which know the laws far better than any officer think what they will do the average joe who does not know his rights or the law. I want these kids picture to some sort of photo line up you can bet. |
