I guess this plainclothes sergeant has a career death wish.

Why not arrest a Appointed DA/judge or even State AG for parking cockeye?

The Tuesday afternoon arrest of attorney Jami Tillotson as she denied police officers’ attempts to take photos of her client without explanation raised questions about police intimidation and harassment, Public Defender Jeff Adachi said at a Wednesday news conference................

How can you have resisting arrest as your only charge? An arrest has to happen for her to resist it.

CA "resisting arrest" encompasses a few more things than just the literary meaning. It's basically a catch-all for when cops feel they're being annoyed. Dumb, I know.

nothing will happen, no charges will be filed and the lawyer will then have to prove that officer was not acting in good faith in accordance with his job.

We live in a time where police intimidation is standard operating proceedure. If the Officer has not fear of violating a lawyers rights which know the laws far better than any officer think what they will do the average joe who does not know his rights or the law.

I want these kids picture to some sort of photo line up you can bet.

Sounds like the cop isn't too bright and definitely doesn't have any political aspirations, as this is a pretty fast way to close political doors.
