Fault code help!

Hi all

Need a bit of help with a couple of codes I've got.
Last week I accelerated up a skip road onto the motorway and the car went into limo mode, it's a 2011 640d.

When switched off and on, they cleared and the car ran fine.
When I plugged in my code reader I got the below codes

25CE00 - exceeded boost pressure sensuor range upper physical limit

27F100 - lower charge air hose monitoring charge air hose

I'm guessing the bottom one probably means the pipe off the intercooler which used to be fairly common on the 35d engines.
I've not managed to make it do it again.

Any help would be appreciated
