What's the Difference?

What is the difference between the Normal Steering, Servtronic, Variable Sport Steering, and Integral Active Steering?

Normal is well, normal

Servotronic is a system many manufacturers use that makes the steering more dissicult to turn the faster the car goes. This helps prevent you from moving the steering too much at high speed.

Variable sport steering has a steering rack cut with different teeth in the middle compared to the ends. This makes it so in the beginning the wheels turn say 15 degrees for 10 degrees of steering wheel turn and then after that the wheels will only turn 10 degrees for the next 10 degrees of steering wheel turn (just using numbers as example. Actual numbers are a bit different). So the number of turn of the steering wheel from lock to lock will be less with variable sport steering than normal steering.
This is usually fitted in the lower model cars.

Integral active steering uses a electric motor to change the amount the wheels turn per turn of the steering wheel and can also turn the back wheels on certain models. It can also turn the front wheel by itself to help prevent a spin. So the number of turn of the steering wheel from lock to lock will be less with variable sport steering than normal steering. It also makes hte larger cars easier to maneuver at low speed due to the back wheel turning and more stable at high speeds.
