ACC Malfunction Need Your HELP!!!

Hi everyone,
As You may know I bought my car 2 weeks ago, YES 2 weeks
That car is my dream car I was saving for a long time to get it and I finally found the one I wanted. The only downside was the lack of warranty, but who cares right???
46000 on the odometer no big deal...
I love the options with the car, night vision, and my favorite is Adaptive Cruise control!
2 weeks after I bought the car ACC and warning collision stopped working!
I did a quick scan with ISTA and here are the codes!

4827BF INTERFACE ACC
482103 ACC: Internal control unit fault

For now I would love to find a solution myself if it's even doable but I NEED YOUR HELP on where to begin with!
the acc sensor is clean, the wiring look good.

Just a few more detail, it happened twice, both times after a light rain.
I was using the ACC on the rain no problem. Drove the car home, let it sit on the driveway overnight and the next morning I had the error ( that was day 1 of ownership :/ )
I cleaned the sensor and the KAFAS and the error disappear, the 2nd time, same scenario i was driving on the rain ACC ON no problems at all, I was even super exited that it is working in such weather, and next day the error stayed.

If you have access to some informations on what to do please help me out!

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

try resetting the steering sensor. start the car and turn the steering wheel one way to the stop. then the other way. this should reset the sensor.

I think I did it the right way, is it doing it "automatically" or I should have a message saying that the steering sensor has been reset?

Well I did it and it and unfortunately it didn't help ;/

UPDATE: If you guys are wondering I end up going to the dealer and replace the sensor, to make a long story short I end up paying 60% of the fees....
still a lot of money but the car is back!
