Brake noise when using ACC

So this is my 2nd noise thread in 5 minutes lol. I have a coupe with ACC and when it is engaged and braking from ~5-10mph down to 0 there's a pretty audible brake grinding noise and feel on the driver's side (my left foot can feel the grind from the footwell). I've never been able to replicate the sound/feel from manual braking under the same conditions which is really weird as the dealer told me it's all the same braking, nor does it sound like a solenoid. The mechanic inspected the brakes, cleaned it off, and suggested the sound may be because the brakes were relatively new. Fast forward 5 months and the sound remains.

Has anyone heard of or personally experienced anything like this with their ACC? Any idea what the culprit could be?

Thanks
