Software update report

Hey folks here,
long time I never wrote any post, I was extremely busy, but I just get a chance to have some free time this week.
As my car's system show the 360kms left for the oil change (on the system, brake pads also just left 2800kms) I brought my car to the dealer this morning requested oil change and some inspections.
I mentioned there are some harsh shifts with the transmission of my 650gc sometimes and there are some strong vibration when idling.
Dealer updated software for me (I lost all my codings now).
WOW, I just can say wow. It's an amazing experience. I am feeling I am driving a brand new car now.
1. the engine is quieter than before and all vibration has gone.
2. the transmission is so smooth now in comfort model and in sport it shifts more aggressive.
3. the steering wheel also seems tighter than before and the adjustable range has been increased.
For some individuals have vibration problems I would suggest you guys to go to dealer have a software update. It makes huge differences.
Since now, I own an real ultimate driving machine and I think I will not regret my purchase anymore.

No this's dealer only option. It sounds like simple but it ia an update for all software staffs in your car which includes brake transmission engine AC, etc,.

Yes. Steve. I am back to the post now. Ah... and I have installed the BMS N63tu stage 1 today, car feels so good now. I cannot wait to drive it again.
BTW, i went service in BMW Autohaus, first time got a nice 528 loaner from dealer. I am happy with this too and had a chance sit in a LCI m5, wow, I love the feeling of siting at the driver seat of a m5. It might be my one of my options of my next car.

M5 is really a nice car. My 650GC is also awesome too.

Jeff,

How come you went to Autohaus for service ? You dealt with Prem Patel ? If so, he is the only nice SA there.

with the stage 1 added, your GC has the similar power as the M5, no need to consider it for the next car. Damn, you now got power & luxury.

Actually I only have been service with three dealers so far, T&C, parkview, and autohaus. Definitely Parkview's service is the best, but Autohaus is the nearest to me so lazy Jeff just went there. This time the service advisor is a new guy, and I would highly recommend him tp anybody he gave me a free loaner. Hah.... brand new 528. I never expected that. It is a New 2014 Loaded BMW 5, They used to ask me pay $20 for non-bmw rentals, $40 for BMW rentals.
BTW, his name is Joe and a forum member here. very nice guy, if I would go to BmW Autohaus for service again, definitely I will ask Joe be my advisor.

For the Stage 1, it is really a decent piggy box, had a chance test it yesterday late night on HWY401. OMG, the car scared me. It pulls so hard it is just so hard. The power is endless till 7000rpm. Some folks from 5 post say after the tune it has 470hp and 516tq on wheel. I would say it is more than these figures. Also, they mentioned there is a power drop after 5500rpm. I would say according to my butt dyno the tune on my car even pulls harder after 5500rpm. I think the software update helps a lot. The funny thing is I never thought my AC also had problem before, but after the update I realized my automatic passenger side AC was dead since day one I picked up my car.
Right now, I am really enjoy this car now. It is beautiful, stunning, and powerful.
Ah... the EDC also seems work better than before, I can feel the body roll during fast cornering hass been reduced.
I just love this car.
For the m5, I had a chance sit in there, the seat is so comfortable and soft. Comparing the seat in m5, mine feels like a bench in the park. Mine is too hard for my personal taste.
Sitiing in a m5 is just like sitting on a sofa.

Software update is the update directly from BMW to fix some crapy software issues.
BMS Stands for Burger motor sport, it is a tuning shop located in States. So the story is I did software update with dealer , so I got some issues been fixed. Also, I added the juicebox to my car and right now my car runs perfect.
