Carbon Fiber trunk lip spoiler
Does anyone know where to source a similar CF trunk lip spoiler?
http://www.jl-motoring.com/BMW_F12_F...p/bmdi1201.htm I think it looks really nice and has that slight rounded arch that I love. Looks slightly narrower and not as tall as the M performance spoiler. I called JL Motoring and James said it was a custom one for a local customer and that if he was to make another one that he would need a car. I also looked up reviews and it seems like 99.9% of reviews are terrible, so even if I was to find someone local so that he can make another one thats pictured it may comes out with terrible quality/fitment. Any help would be appreciated! |

The Carbon Fiber M6 trunk lips spoilers are replica's on eBay for $250. I don't know how the fitment would be on them that is why I am wanting them OEM BMW Performance trunk lip in CF.
I have the BMW Performance Carbon Fiber diffuser so it would be a good match I am thinking. |

I got a replica M6 carbon fiber spoiler for only 159.99. The fitment is perfect. I really want to recommend you but it seems like mine is the last one. If you worry about ebay, try rw carbon. They have everythings carbon fiber. I ordered my diffuser there. It actually arrives soon today. I don't change the exhaust systems. I think mine is good enough. The exhaust tips can be purchased from cyba, a vendor in this forum.
P.S: Actually, here it is: http://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/121672417107 . The pictures of the car is mine, he asked for them when I installed. The price was raised. Last edited by boyhamdzui; 10-02-2015 at 10:33 AM.. |

My only concern then would be the weave pattern. My OEM BMW Performance CF rear diffuser is 2x2 weave. If this one is a 2x2 as well I may just pick it up! |

@pinghuhk: I have no idea about it since I have a F13.
@Bobby_Drake: That's interesting. They have good customer services. The quality of the diffuser is good but I'm not sure how long will it last. It will fit with no gap however, it is not snug-fit without a small modification. |

There's 3 different kinds. BMW M performance style, Vorsteiner/DTM style, and then they have just a CF version of the OEM M6 diffuser. I take it it's the OEM style? |

The M6 coupe standard BMW painted spoiler doesn't fit the GC as the bootlid is different.
The BMW performance carbon spoiler fits both Coupe and GC It's because the M Performance spoiler fits on a slightly different part of the bootlid and therefore fits both. I bought a coupe spoiler, painted it and then tried to fit to my GC and it didn't fit. Genuine BMW parts all the time. I also have the M6 diffuser fitted I bought my M Performance from Germany for £380 a £200 saving over the uk price. Regards Andrew |
