This is probably one of the best lease deals I have ever come across but I'm willing to let it go as I have my eyes on a smaller car:

Payment is $799.99/mo and this includes tax! I will need to be reimbursed for my security deposit of $6,300, which BMW will give back to you at the end of the lease since they will reassign it to you.
