I know from speaking to Matt at GSRTechnik tuning (formerly named Jailbreak tuning) that they have tuned a lot of F chassis M5's M6's with very impressive numbers with no issues.

My shop is currently finishing a M5 build with pure turbos, meth w/ JB4, Dodson clutches etc.. and Matt will be creating our custom ECU tuning.
I highly recommend them for any tuning on European vehicles.
