Longish Drive

I got in the 6 yesterday and just headed north. My first stop was Ventura, where I hit the Starbucks for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Then I got back on the 101 and landed in Santa Barbara where I took a walk on the deserted State Street for about an hour. Then I visited Montecito, the ‘rich’ part of Santa Barbara. It’s gorgeous! Then south to Costco for gas in Oxnard, then a gorgeous drive back down the Pacific Coast Highway and a stop in Malibu for lunch. I’ve had the 6 GC for 21 months now and I’m still in love with the way it drives/rides. Here’s a pic of downtown Santa Barbara at 11 am. Thanks Covid.

Brilliant cars for these kind of drives.

Still puts a smile on my face every day with its looks and how special it feels.
