DIY Radar wire instal (Passport Escort)

anyone know which color wire above the main interior head lighting unit to tap into to wire up my radar?

You're better off using a fuse tap and running a wire to the mirror area.

Better off running it to the fuse panel inside the glove box. There's an excellent post about this technique if you search.

I wouldn't take electricity from those lights up there, there it's enough amps... And you don't want melted wires.

Def. Use a fuse tap....

Green and brown. Search the F10 section for the DIY. I hardwired my 9500ix in my F06 using those instructions w/out any problems.
