I am not sure. I can tell you that KW has a separate spring kit for the F06, while the F12/F13 share one.

How many mm lower are those from standard m6 springs?

In the M6, the spring height will be the same. The competition springs are 20% stiffer for better better body control and a firmer ride.

I have no idea, but my guess would be no since it is a GC. I know for a fact that the F12/F13 M6 springs are different than the F06 M6 springs to begin with.
