Has anyone experienced this with their new vehicle?
Can't measure oil? I have approx 600 miles on my vehicle. Is this because I have not had the initial service done yet? Thx in advance for help.

Is the oil fully up to temperature and the car on level ground in Neutral?

Had it happened a few times. The car has to be at operating temp and level in order for the oil measurement. If not, you may have a bad sensor.
