The all new 6-series coupe has just been unveiled and we think she's a beauty. Looks are of course in the eyes of the beholder, but we also think she compares favorably against the predecessor E63 6-series coupe, inside and out. We've put together a photo comparison so you can make your own judgements.

Here's how the new F13 6-series coupe compares with the outgoing model:
  • 192.7 in. (4,894 mm) in length - 2.9 inch (74mm) increase over previous 6-series coupe
  • 112.4 in. (2,855 mm) wheelbase - 2.95 inch (75mm) longer than previous 6-series coupe
  • 74.6 in. (1,894 mm) width - 1.5 inch (39mm) wider than previous 6-series coupe
  • 53.9 in. (1,369 mm) height - 0.2 inch (5 mm) lower than previous 6-series coupe

Both are great looking cars, which makes buying the previous used worth considering.

Interior, definitely better F13. As far as exterior, mixed feelings. Like the F13 more aggressive look from the front but not so sure that F13 wins in the back comparison either. Definitely mixed feelings. I'll just have to see one on the street first

I loved the rear end on the previous but everything else goes to the new and the updated angel eyes really make a difference. However, I liked the old steering wheel and the F13's huge storage bin in the center console looks like an afterthought.

I like the old front better. Overall, I like the new F13 better though.

The new car looks lower and sleeker, but the two are not all that different.

I like the F13 much better. I've always thought that the older one looked droopy.

I think the new looks better except for the side stance.
Those older wheels are outstanding.

I think that visually, the best part of the new car is the rear end and interior. Old 6 did the rest better. Of course, in terms of tech this is gonna be much much nicer, but when I see old 6 i think - damn, this car has road presence!

the new one gave me the impression of just being a facelift of the old car and not for the better. ironic because bangle was so controversial that we find ourselves still very much drawn to his design. quite the visionary after all!

the old, much nicer very agressive. The new has nicer interior but the front looks so budget and why is the rear bumper so much higher than the front :S
